I was brought up somewhere between the Northern land and the Eastern sea. My work, be it in the kitchen, stitched on cloth, or formed on paper is inspired by the soil and what is discovered in it.
In 2013, I completed the Roots program at the California School of Herbal Studies where I earned the title of Certified Herbalist. Since then, I have worked at an Ayruvedic institute in California as their herbal barkeep and as the on site herbalist at a natural foods store in Maine. In December of 2016, I launched Gingertooth & Twine's first series of tinctures and syrups, with many more to come.
