The base of this syrup is organic rose hips which are a great source of Vitamin C. By adding this syrup to drinks or taking it as is, you are providing yourself with a beautiful tool to carry you through winter darkness and chills.

**ADAPTOGEN - Herbs that help your body adapt to stress while strengthening immunity
2 cups milk (any kind you like. But you can also use 1 cup water & 1 cup milk to decrease richness)
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon Ashwangandha powder
1/2 teaspoon Reishi mushroom powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
A pinch of pink salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons OH LOVER! syrup
Honey or raw sugar to taste
((OPTIONAL)) A splash or two Amaretto
Put all ingredients (not including honey, Oh Lover! syrup or Amaretto which will be added at the end) into a small sauce pan and whisk over a low heat until mixture runs smooth. Pour in desired amount of honey and stir. Transfer to your favorite mug and add syrup and Amaretto.
