Elderflower Infused Maple Syrup
1 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup fresh elderflowers
Optional: one stick of cinnamon
Place flowers in a clean jar and cover with maple syrup. Cap tightly and infuse for 1-2 weeks. Don’t bother straining out the flowers, if you don’t want to! It adds a little extra magic .

Store in fridge if you plan on keeping the elderflowers in the syrup. It prevents molding.
